Cheshmehsar foundry have the capability of manufacturing parts (Ductile or Gray Cast-Iron)  with the weight ranged from 0.5 kg to 40 kg using Automatic AGM  and Disamatic modeling lines.

Furnaces

Cheshmehsar foundry is equipped with 4 ton Indoctotherm furnace (twin 2.5MW dual track power sharing), 1 ton Indoctotherm furnace(twin 600KW) and 3 ton Inductotherm furnace (twin 900KW).
The melting unit of the foundry is also equipped with 7 ton Inductotherm  auto pour furnace and the foundry is equipped with heat treatment furnaces.
